I feel a bit weird being that the book comes from such a high ranking author but I really didnt think it was anything special. It was ok but i dont really feel like the book reads like it comes from such a high ranking author. The plot seems a bit stale and the character drive and through line seems to be mismatched and all over the place.
a bit let down but i guess thats just personal taste and i am trying to be critical.
I would really hope that the book would have been a bit more clear in terms of having a more concise story line and didnt flip an d flop back and forth. the chapters are really confusing and I have quite a high level of interest in crime writing and thrillers but this seems to be a bit out there in terms of milking that dry. doesnt always work though
