A Grave For Two is another excellent book from one of the great Scandinavian thriller writers. Selma Falck has had to give up her legal practice due to malpractice however the client who has forced her to give up needs her help when his adopted daughter, a leading world-class skier fails a doping test. He promises not to press charges if she can discover the truth as he is convinced his daughter wouldn't knowingly take any performance enhancing drugs. This book has so many twists and turns the reader is kept glued to every page. So many of the characters are flawed in different ways and have secrets to keep. Selma isn't an investigator and, at times, fears she won't be able to find out the truth. Eventually she does get to the bottom of this and uncovers the whole story which is far from straightforward with many people involved. Definitely a book every loves of mysteries and thrillers will be adding to their reading list.
