I would like to do firstly say what an amazing book cover. I would definitely pick this book up if I saw it in a shop.
This is book was amazing from start to finish. I started this book on Friday evening and I could not put it some. The tale was a perfect way to send an autumn weekend.
The tale is set during the war and like most good spooky stories there is an island. And of course there is a storm while they are visiting the island. The author does a really good job of descriptinf the setting.
From the preview I loved Kate and you get to see her character develop.
The author keeps you gripped and you wonder how the story is going g to develop.
