Felt the book cover was typical 1940's era, which does put me off. Not very interested in the 2nd world war. If book cover was different it would compel me to take off the shelf and read the blurb. The story has a twist, which I enjoy and is also about characters overcoming adversity. I feel I would enjoy the story and be rooting for the characters.
