Having read Ration Book Christmas I was interested in reading Ration Book Childhood. I liked the insight and update into the way of life of the Brogan family in WWII. I was disappointed to discover that the Brogan family discord is the running theme in this book as in the previous book. Another plot would have been good as I don't think that the WWII way of life will be enough for me to read the book.
