My first impressions of this book as i started were:
1. Although i had ordered this book with some points, i still couldn't resist reading the first part available as a sneaky peek before my copy arrived in the post.
2. i'd had another similar book by the same author a while back too and i thoroughly enjoyed that one so was very hopeful that this one would be equally as good.
I can confirm that i really wasn't dissapointed and it didn't take me long at all to get through this one.
I'd definitely suggest/recommend reading the 'christmas' book by the same author beforehand as they flow and are equally as amazing as each other.
The story honestly does give you a real sense of realism with the setting and has been written in such a way that you do really feel fully immersed in the story. It's just amazing!
One thing i can say is that i'd absolutely love to see more in this series from this author as it's been an absolute joy so far.
