I really like the sound of this book although it isn't my usual genre I love the history and such feeling of wartime within the writing which the author gives you. Reading the extract I feel that I am almost part of the same era. I can't wait to find out what happens to Jo and her sisters, and will Tommy stay true to Jo or is there even more heartache than war alone in store for Jo?
