The book seems good and the story interesting, but I am not sure it would be very memorable. I don't whether it is the fact that there are a lot of stories about women and their husband in WWII, or that lately there are too many books out with similar plots.
It seems interesting though that in this story the husband is a fascist rather than being dead, so there is that little bit of extra drama and suspense.
The cover is not that great and kinda looks like an off-brand stock image.
