I've never read a Jean Fullerton book before and to say this is my first I am hooked. The main characters are likeable and I immediately want to know more about their stories. I'm a big history fan and really enjoy that this is set in the 40s slap bang in the middle of the Second World War. This book has an exciting and intriguing feel to it and I look forward to reading the rest.
