I saw ration and i immediately thought war. And to be honest i’m tired of reading books about war that have no new perspective. But then i read the synopsis and for the first time in a long time i thought wow. What a interesting plot to weave into the theme of war. It’s not typical but it’s not far fetched or unreasonable. It’s workable. And then i read the first few pages and i thought yeah it’s not only workable but it works.
