I'm a sucker for a good historical fiction, so i was easily drawn in by the cover and title of the book. I enjoy a change in POV's in a story, so seeing both Cathy and Archie appear in this first impression was fun! I'd love to find out if their stories intwine - surely they have to? The perspective of a woman during this time period is always interesting, especially with a violent home life amongst the brutality of war.
