From the front of the book, it look to me like a calming book to read and had a nice feeling to match the historical period of WW11. Personally I enjoy historical fiction and the cover is very inviting for someone who might like this genre.
I enjoyed the feel of a women’s perspective in such a challenging time period to portray.
I would definitely want to read this book in the future to see what happens to Cathy and whether she can truly be free and have happiness
