I have read everyone in this series so far and throughly enjoyed each story. They give a glimpse into life during the wars and how communities and families pull through for each other and how they make the best of what there is available for their families. This story was so heartwarming yet sadness and tragic events were slipped in to give you a small insight but not overshadowing the main story . I enjoy reading the books on the war as it’s something that I didn’t experience nor know anyone whom has and do like to see the strength that no people pull on to get through an horrendous event that everyone is thankful as not happened again since , please keep writing these stories as I look forward to seeing what side of this era is going to be written about next and I look forward to falling in live with the main characters each time I read a book!!!.
