I read a previous book in this series and enjoyed it so much I wanted to read them all! When I was reading previous books I fell completely in love with Queenie and Father Mahon’s connection and I love that they are the main focus of this book! I love historical novels based on this era, they portray such courage and community. I can’t wait to be back with the Brogan family again.
Unfortunately, I don’t like this cover much. I can absolutely understand why it’s been chosen and it does fit with the other books in the series. But if I saw this in a store I wouldn’t be compelled to pick it up. I do like the sense of companionship that it portrays though.
