The book is written at an easy read pace, there's lots of characters packed in to the first few paragraphs but it seems pretty easy to get a grasp on who is who.
This seems a good before bed or bath book, realities rattles along at a steady pace and makes you feel warm inside and nostalgic for a long gone era.
I would definitely read this book and so would my mother!
