I was extremely excited to see another of Jean Fullerton's books from her wonderful Ration book series. She clearly has a passion for this era and has conducted an incredible amount of research. she has created a realistic setting that fully immerses the reader. The writing is superb and this latest instalment looks to be just as excellent as it's predecessors.
