I'm not a fan of historical romance so I can't say that this book looks appealing. The cover suits the genre but it's too dated for my liking and it's not something I'd choose to pick up. The synopsis and extract didn't capture my interest and I don't think I'd enjoy reading the rest of the book. I'm sure the book will be of interest to those who enjoy historical romance. It's just not to my personal taste.
