A ration book victory was just the prefect ending to A ration book series by Jean Fullerton.
I have loved everyone one of these books and feels as if i really got to know the brogan family through these books.
All of the characters have been great and the way the author has wrote about them makes you feel there pain and there joy as though they are your real friends and family. You also get a really good feel of what it would have been like to live back then with the war going on and the true courage people had to all come together and look out for one another.
I am so glad that queenie the head of the Brogan family got to tell her story, from where she cam from and how she ended up to where she is now. It must have been very hard for her to live with that for all these year but now the truth is out i feel like she can rest peacefully now.
I ope to find another series as good as this but it is going to be very hard to top!!
