I bought all the previous books in this series to read before this one, so that i was up to date. Anyway, I loved this book. The characters are so endearing and i really cared about what happened to them along the way. The Brogans are a great big family of so many characters, each with their quirky ways. I am a complete historic fiction convert and even more so after this series of books.
I think the sisters and the Grandma were probably my favourite characters but as i said all the characters brought something worth while to the story.
I will definitely seek out this author in future as i loved the way this book (& the previous ones) was written i couldn't put it down once i had started it. I'm off to find other books by this author and lose myself in another time and place. Give this book and the rest of the books in this series a try, you will not regret it!
