the cover wasnt as intriguing for me, it gave a olden-times impression. i can see that it was deliberate as it matches the story line. but i don't enjoy these types of books in general. despite this, i did in fact in joy the plot and overall idea. the author ,jean fullerton, has written many historical novels and,, i can see that the book is well scripted and structured. however, i wold like to read more. i want to see how the story progresses and changes over time.

i really like the main characters personality and enjoy seeing things from her perspective and how she interprets certain things. once again im excited to see what happens next
