A Ration Book Wedding is fourth in a series which usually concerns me as I worry about not being fully up to speed with the characters. However, this story immediately had me entranced & interested with the initial two characters. Francesca working nights in an aircraft parts factory and Charlie in Africa fighting for King & country. Two good stories with interesting characters, perfectly capturing the time.
