I absolutely loved this book and enjoy reading this genre of novel. The characters are all well written and blend well together in the book. I especially love the characters of Stella and Queenie. These are both strong women but Stella is the 'bad guy' and I was relived at the end of what happened to her, as no mother should do what she did.
I adored the love story between Francesca and Charlie. You can tell from the beginning that they will end up together but the story along the way shows the challenges couples face and the heartbreak that they went through in those times.
The descriptions and the way in which the book was written was good, as I could picture every scene and imagine life in the way through the characters eyes.
I really enjoyed this book and could not put it down. I look forward to reading more from the author and this series.
