I always love a good book about the war. Any romance in this time period Is always so good. I particularly like reading about the period as I can really relate to all the characters. This book in particular uses detailed descriptions so well you could be walking through their lives with them. I just couldn’t imagine going through what these characters did. It is hard for my generation to imagine the sacrifie, heart ache and then joy of finding love in such dark times.
Any other who captures the feels of this time has my totally respect.
I would really recommend anyone who love reading about the war gets a copy of this book- it’ll take you on a journey you could never imagine. For me it’s a 5 star read.
