Although I enjoy historical fiction I wasn't particularly interested in reading this - I've never been drawn to anything Viking related. Despite going in with a negative attitude I did actually enjoy reading this First Impression. I would still say it's not my sort of book, but I was intrigued and pulled in by the storyline.
