This book is the opposite of my usual choices, i enjoy gritty thrillers and crime stories with lots of violence and twists.
However i was drawn in by the fear aspect as someone myself who suffers some generalised anxiety i thought i may find the main character a little relatable, i was not wrong, i was instantly hooked i saw a little of myself in esther.
I found the book well written, and humorous in places, the writer seems to have researched a little into mental health which helped her write a book that will resonate with many.
This book is probably more suited to younger readers than myself, but it really did make a nice change for me to read something 'easy' and it did not impact on my enjoyment at all.
All in all a nice little story that i recommend to anyone who fancies an enjoyable light read
