This is a tongue-in-cheek, environmental, PC look at Christmas, breaking it down into different categories such as trees, crackers and carol singers.
Whilst some of the points are amusing and true - real Christmas trees are bad for the environment, and crackers are pretty crap it just felt like a major downer on Christmas.
There are some useful alternative tips - like hire a live Christmas tree which is useful but not sure squirting carolers with water pistols is in the festive spirit.
I am really in two minds about this book - it was amusing in places but depressing in others.
