'A Snowflake's Guide to Christmas' was at times hilarious. I found it to be brutally honest and so apt for today's throw away society. It opened my eyes to a number of aspects of the holiday season that I had never realised or thought were so terrible for the environment. It was very well thought out and the graphics were also very well done.
I would say, however, that I would be unlikely to buy the book myself. Although funny, it (rather ironically) seemed like a waste of resources itself! I greatly appreciate the thought that has gone into it, but I also felt that it was not particularly unique. It's certainly a stocking filler - but as the book would likely say, stockings tend to be full of all of the disappointing presents.
Honestly, I enjoyed the read, but for me, it lacked impact for some of the incredibly important issues that it covered.
