This is a book set to "help Snowflakes" manoeuvre through the toughest, most wasteful time of the year, it was written by a Comedy Writer, so I'm taking it in a sarcastic tone though it does highlight the absolute nonsense of Christmas!
Like cutting down a tree to stick cheap lights on it and gradually watch it die. Give out Christmas cards to throw them in the bin and neighbour Joe doesn't even know who you are. All the way to navigating the office parties, handing out Secret Santa gifts It does highlight a lot of nonsense in a comedic way! I really enjoyed the alternative suggestions to creating waste at Christmas time, not too sure the little ones would appreciate the orange to ward off scurvy!
I really enjoyed this, I might share it with the family this Christmas, though, they are snowflakes, so may find it just as offensive as Tina found the Secret Santa Skincare! Haha!
