I love this book and it's written the author Dave Skinner has a unique but classy writing style and is able to engage the reader before you can say Greta Thunberg!
the Christmas jokes and hashtags make it more up-to-date and modern which engages younger readers. I love the fact that it's very sustainable based so it's swapping out mass produced toys and glittery cards for plant it cards that have seeds from plants you can plant in your garden that can see the trees and save the world.
I love the way it introduces new traditions which are more sustainable and eco-friendly and encounters everyday problems in a Christmas spirit. I would recommend this for slightly older readers because it's a bit mature for young adults so I'd recommend it for young adults and over as it is a very good read but has some more mature topics. My favourite bit is when it lists gender stereotyping toys and gives alternatives that you can make yourself! I will indeed follow these guidelines and think more sustainable in the future. #staysustainable to #savetheworld
