I was a little intrigued by the synopsis. Although it told us quite a lot about the storyline and gave us the spoilers that Caroline has a fling with Aidan because her husband Jason is likely having an affair. Aidan kills him and she gets framed for his murder.
The first part of the story was an easy read. It's written in the first person in the viewpoint of Caroline. The chapters vary in length but you find out more about Caroline's and Jason's relationship. It also sets the scene well.
