Lots of twist and turns in this book which keeps you captivated till the end and characters that keep you guessing.
The cover is what drew me to this, due to the stunning house and the title, and it didn't disappoint. The two main characters have a one night stand - is it an affair? is one stalking the other? Lots of the chapters are written from the view of these two characters and the two versions don't match up so you just don't know who to believe - or do you?
The story builds to the climax/ murder/ missing husband about 4/5ths through the book and then the last section is written from some different viewpoints including the lawyers and police involved in the case. This was a clever turn as it allows the story to unfold from a more neutral viewpoint and the conclusion didn't disappoint.
