Initially, I wasn’t drawn to this book at all. The cover didn’t seem to catch my eye, and almost had the opposite effect in putting me off reading it. The title didn’t necessarily draw me in either. However, as I progressed through the first couple of chapters I’ve found myself snickering to myself at the imagery produced of this parallel world of the Queen - I’m enjoying imagining it being reality, the more I read. The story has proved more enticing than I first thought.
