The book appears to be a light, humorous read, written from a very unusual perspective. The idea of the Queen solving Palace mysteries sounds both intriguing and entertaining. My only slight doubt about the book is that it is a second novel of two and I wonder whether my appreciation would be limited by not having read the first one. It still looks appealling enough to give it a go though.
