Cosy crime at the Palace! Highly readable and gently amusing!

Although I haven’t read the first book in this series I do have it on my list as I love the concept of crime capers at Buck Palace with the Queen and her corgi dogs! What struck me when I opened the first impression of this book was just how readable the book was, so much so that I whipped through the pages. I was drawn in by a combination of the offbeat set-up, the gentle humour and genuine intrigue as to where the story was going. A throughly entertaining start to a book that sounds wacky and very original.
