This story sucked me in straight away and made me smile too. The tone is light and fun, but without it feeling like a parody novel, and I enjoyed the writing style. I haven't read the first in the series, but was drawn to this by the brilliant idea of a crime-solving Queen and the bold and eye-catching cover.
