When I first saw the cover and read the blurb I thought no! Funny thing was I clicked on the first impression and was slightly taken aback by how good the first page was! The author is skilled and very chomical with an excellent knowledge of palace goings on. As this is the second book I’m going to go and hunt down a copy of the first. It’s that impressive
