The queen has something of a mystery on her hands. A painting of the royal yacht, Britannia. has hung outside her bedroom ever since it had been gifted to her by the obscure artist. Oddly, it, or an identical one, is spotted in a Royal Navy exhibition. The claim is that the painting has been with the navy for decades and may be either a copy of the queen's one or a duplicate painted by the original artist who was well known for doing multiple works of individual ships. However, the late artist's son is adamant that his father only ever painted Britannia once as it was a gift to the queen.
The queen is positive the exhibition is showing her painting and not a copy.
