The first snippet of this book seems very well written and I like the style of writing however I personally prefer books to either completely escape reality or to be completely non fiction and accurate so this kind of real people in a fictional setting is not something that really excites me especially when Brexit etc is mentioned. I want to get away from the mundane and real issues we have to face everyday when I am reading a fiction book.
Also I think there is a typo at the start of chapter 3, the spelling of Rozie is spelled Rosie.
