After reading and enjoying the first of Bennett’s crime solving Queen novels I was excited to take a peak at the next in the series. It promises to be to be a rollicking read just the same as The Windsor Knot! A fun and cosy mystery is perfect for this time of year and this book promises to be full of twists too!
The character of the queen is incredibly likeable and the side characters are just as fully imagined. I love to think of the Queen in cahoots with her secretary running around gathering clues and solving crimes!
I cannot wait to read more and discover what has happened to the painting and the answers to the poolside mystery too!
