The cover gave a humorous feel, especially with that unique title. But from just the blurb, it sounds like it will be a good and compelling mystery to read, something similar to cozy mysteries! I also like how someone of authority and great power is taking the time to be a private detective. Adds a little spice to the mystery genre.
