A wholesome read with some added grit of murder.
This series seems to just be getting better and better. The first book was great! And this one doesn’t fail to live up to it, if anything it’s better! The suspense but wit that these books contain are amazing. Honestly some of my top reads.
The characters have dimension and you can tell the thought that goes into each one. It’s as if the characters come out of the book and are really thinking and acting. The style is super easy to read and the story is a perfect pace for a cosy read.
The murder that takes place in the book whilst being described so you really understand what is going on and the story can be easily pictured, however it’s not gruesome or too graphic as some books tend to be.
Overall it’s a great sequel to the Windsor knot and the author hit the nail on the head once again with the Who Done It story line. It’s a 5 star read for me hugely recommend,
