I really enjoyed the Windsor Knot by S. J. Bennett so was super excited to hear there was a sequel and to receive a copy through Readers First to review - thank you! The story is set around Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second being a secret detective / investigator through the help of her close staff. In this book, A Three Dog Problem, a body is found in the swimming pool in Buckingham Palace and the Queen is on the hunt for the murderer. The books are fun and quirky and provide titbit information about the royals and are almost believable whilst also being utter nonsense - in a good way. This book is set after the Brexit referendum so I do worry that it might date slightly with time.. that being said the whole series could date quite quickly if the queen dies. I recommend to those who enjoy a slightly tongue in check style of detective novel.
