Despite not being a fantasy reader I did read the FI and just found myself mystified that an adult can enjoy reading this genre. I could not force myself to care and for this reason alone my eyes glazed over. It felt like in one ear and out the other. A book I would struggle to finish, hence a draw I will not enter.
