First and foremost, while they always say to never judge a book by its cover, it is almost an impossible task when a book is this stunning.
I’m a huge fantasy fan and this book is giving me some serious Brother’s Grimm vibes. While I don’t usually love first person narrative, as the characters can come off as annoying, this seems well written and not to repetitive in language. I’ve been seeing a lot of people raving about this title and it’s definitely on my TBR pile.
