Finished in a day
A beautifully captivating piece of storytelling. I loved the narrative and the way it was loosely based of off 'Swan Lake.'
The concept of modern fairytale mixed with historical elements really made it a pager turner that was hard to put down as the plot thickened.
The way the authors included diversity among their characters like Aron being lgbtq+ and disabled, made it refreshing as concepts like these are still strayed away from by many authors. It is truly a perfect young adult book to read, whether someone wants to get back into reading or wants to get specifically into the fantasy genre.
I finished it within 24 hours, making it easy to read, as it was well written and well paced. Both authors' writing style really did blend seemlessly together.
