I absolutely loved every moment of this book!
The whole concept of shape-shifting into different birds, and the magic involved, had me hooked from the very beginning! But the characters, and the mysteries and secrets were honestly what made me stay. I had to know more!
I loved so many of the characters, but Aderyn (the MC), especially has a special place in my heart. The amount of things that she has to go through, and the courage she shows honestly broke me and I just wanted her to be happy by the end (*sob*)
The author's did a great job of setting up the world and I'm really looking forward to coming back in 2021 when they publish 'A Crown of Talons'!
Would definitely recommend this book if you're looking for a high fantasy adventure novel, with mysteries, romance, and shape-shifting characters 👍💕
