First of all, the cover is awesome, I like covers with dark colors, I know with that cover I will totally grab this book if I see it on a shelf.
I've heard so much about A Throne of swan and after reading I understand why this book is exactly what I needed it to escape and enjoy a beautiful adventure in a new world, at first it's a little slow paced so you need to give it some time but at a certain point things really pick up and that's when you start to think that stating this book is worth it, you won't be able to stop reading.
I liked the concept of the ruling class being able to transform into birds is amazing, although i would have loved if the author used the shapshiftin aspect more ,the protagonist is great I loved her especially her character development and how she dealt with certain sit-in the love interest didn't feel forced and it was well developed , if you are looking for a easy read dark YA fantasy that's your book
