Throne of Swans by Katharine and Elizabeth Corr is a book I have been meaning to read for quite some time now and I am so glad that I have finally got around to reading it! After reading the prologue I was absolutely hooked on the story and I really love how it was inspired by Swan Lake.
The main character, Aderyn, was a very likable and strong female character and I absolutely loved all the shapeshifting. Although predictable at times, Throne of Swans was overall very enjoyable and a mixture of everything I am looking for in a young adult fantasy novel. It was fast paced, It had magic, it had amazing characters, a unique fantasy world, humor and the perfect amount of romance!
I will definitely read the sequel when it comes out!
