I loved this book from the first page. I really like how the author has written the story from multiple different time periods, really giving the mystery the historical feel that the reader is searching for. It hints that the reader will travel all across the globe with the story, promising a gripping tale from start to finish. The cover is also beautiful and has an extremely different feel to it than usual mystery books which it is a lovely change!
