Set in two time lines we move from the 1940s to the late 1900s. We meet an overpowering mother in law who does as she pleases, arrives at Caro's house without calling first and generally causes angst. Then, Martha, mother in law comes up with an idea that our hero Caro could potentially attempt to solve a family mystery. Sounds very promising.
